Torvizcon is a village with around 700 inhabitants, the village has lots of facilities including, pharmacy, bank, hotel, bars, furniture shop, petrol station, supermarket. There is a municipal swimming pool open in the summer months and a Padel court. It's situated 18 km from the large Town of Orgiva which has around 5000 residents.
